We process data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, which transposes Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you voluntarily provide:

• Data from the form: name, e-mail, phone, company name, field of activity and comments.
• Correspondence and request data: the content of your requests and communication history.
• Technical and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited — collected through cookies and similar technologies, only with your consent.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

• For communication and consulting: contacting you regarding business consulting and diagnostics, preparing individual recommendations. Basis: consent and/or steps taken at your request.
• For providing services: performing the agreed consulting services. Basis: performance of the contract.
• For sending materials and offers related to Dream Navigator Business: basis — your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
• For legal obligations: keeping accounting records. Basis: legal obligation.
• For statistics and marketing on the site: traffic analysis and campaign measurement. Basis: consent given through the cookie banner.

6. How long we keep data

Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes of the cooperation, as well as for the periods provided by accounting and tax legislation. Afterwards, it is deleted or anonymized. Data collected through cookies is kept for the validity period of each cookie or until consent is withdrawn.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Law No. 195/2024, you have the right:

• to rectify inaccurate data;
• to erasure of data (“the right to be forgotten”);
• to restrict processing;
• to object to processing;
• to data portability;
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure, including a secure connection (HTTPS) and limited access to information.
